Jan Gould

Jan is a Chartered Business Psychologist and HR professional with over 30 years’ experience working in industries including transport, construction, oil, communications and the third sector. She has extensive experience of the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, incorporating the results of psychometric testing. Jan has specialised in supporting organisations through change programmes, which has led to the design of competence based HR systems and the delivery of career planning workshops and one-to-one coaching and mentoring. In addition, Jan enjoys working with organisations to undertake team Reinvention programmes and leadership development workshops.

Jan is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society

Julie Gentili

Julie is an HR professional with over 25 years’ experience in the areas of career planning and counselling, recruitment and selection as well as training and development. She is trained in psychometric tools including MBTI and OPQ. Julie’s communication and facilitation skills are enhanced through training and experience running a private practice as a Creative Arts Therapist where she has worked in many settings including mental health, education, social services, special needs and the corporate world. The combination of experience in Human Resources Management and consultancy, together with that as a therapist, creates a unique competence, integrating both creative and managerial skill sets

Ali Croome

Ali is an HR & Training professional, with over 25 years’ experience of organisation and leadership development. She has worked and consulted in a range of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, financial services, transport travel and public sector. Ali combines her practical HR background with strong interest in supporting teams using a positive “strengths” approach. She has successfully delivered a number of change projects, including talent assessment and development programmes, leadership framework design and employee value proposition work. In addition she facilitates workshops on leadership and management skills.

Gill McKay

Gill is a Human Resources professional with over 30 years’ experience gained from a varied career focusing on supporting business leaders and HR functions enhance business performance, build capability and implement transformation initiatives. She is a Master NLP Coach and is certified in a variety of psychometric and neurometric instruments and has international leadership, management and field experience with a record of achievement in HR, learning and development, consultancy, change management and marketing and communications.  Gill enjoys using neuroscience-based tools and programmes at the individual, team and organisational levels helping clients to become more effective, energised, engaged and focused on their diversity and strengths.
